Lip Blush Training

Learn an extremely popular semi-permanent makeup treatment which achieves excellent, long lasting results for your customers.

Lip blush is a semi-permanent lip treatment which gives enhancement to the natural shape of your lips, boosting the colour by redefining the border and the lip. Pigment and colour is blended together and deposited into the skin which restores lost definition and colour. Additionally, it can also correct asymmetry and even camouflage certain types of scars. The final result will resemble a subtle, naturally toned lip which looks similar to a shaded lip balm effect.

Day 1: 10am - 6pm, with a 30 minute lunch break at 1pm. This day will consist mainly of theoretical learning, where you will learn: the anatomy of the lips, colour study, contraindications, health & safety procedures, the different types of pigments & needles and how to draw perfect lips. After the break, you will be able to see a step-by-step demonstration of a lip blush procedure on a live model. The day will finish with you putting into practice what you have initially learned through practicing on latex skin.

Day 2: 10am - 6pm, with a 30 minute lunch break at 1pm. This day will consist mainly of practical learning, where you will put into practice what you have learned from the previous day by performing a Lip Blush Treatment onto a live model, under supervision by Paula throughout the day to assess your ability. The day will finish off with a brief recap, an opportunity for any questions and you will be granted a certificate of completion of the course.

Earning Potential per annum

Lip Blushing is a highly profitable treatment to offer, and a great additional source of income if you already offer treatments such as Microblading. Based on a national average price of £300 per treatment, deducting a 5 week UK average for holidays per annum, you could expect to earn:

£28,200 gross income per annum - 2 treatments per week

£70,500 gross income per annum - 5 treatments per week

£141,000 gross income per annum - 10 treatments per week

Please note that the figures above are based on national averages, and figures state gross income (income received prior to deductions from taxes, rent costs etc.), which is not net profit. Your actual personal income may vary due to numerous factors, such as: amount of treatments conducted per week, overhead costs, pricing of your treatments etc. Note: “per annum” - yearly/per year/annually
