These are the Terms & Conditions for booking a treatment with Paula Beauty Academy & Treatments:

Permanent make up treatments will require a £40 booking fee at the time of booking. Please note that booking fees for these treatments are non-refundable. To ensure smooth operation of the appointment system, please note that 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for any appointments booked with us. Once we have received notice of 24 hours of the date and time of scheduled appointment, the £50 booking fee may be carried forward to a future appointment attended within 6 months of the date of cancellation. All new permanent make up procedures are inclusive of a re-touch appointment carried out between one and three months after the initial procedure. Annual colour boost prices are inclusive on one treatment only. Should a further treatment be necessary then a further charge will be made for this appointment. Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price of the procedure. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cash, or through finance (dependent on acceptance) through our third-party credit provider, Payl8r (Social Money Ltd. t/a Payl8r). Cheques are not accepted.

In order to book a training course, you must contact the training provider (Paulina Zajac-Zasa) through the Contact Us page on this website or any other contact method. To proceed with the booking of the training course, you will have to sign a contract provided by the training provider, in order to secure your place for a training course.
